When I expressed shock I was told with indignation 'Check you contract.' This for a loyal customer of many years. I called APS Security. APS is hired by our HOA for our neighborhood service. Vernon Rosado took my call himself and worked over the holiday weekend to install a new alarm system. Amazing. I can't say enough good things about APS.
